- Delivery is exclusively through SF Express (collect on delivery). Customers can choose to pick up at SF stations or opt for door-to-door delivery. Both SF station pickup and door-to-door delivery use collect on delivery method. All fees and risks are borne by the customer. Please note, if your purchased goods weigh over 20kg or exceed dimensions of 70cm x 40cm x 32cm, SF self-pickup is only supported at SF service centers.
